Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Service & Logistics team in Milan, Italy. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including order fulfillment, analysis, and reporting. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and analyze customer portfolio orders on a daily basis, meeting deadlines and maximizing service levels depending on stock availability.
- Support the manager in performing analysis, preparing reports, and implementing new projects.
- Manage relationships with sales force, logistic operators, customers, and back office external services.
- Support the manager and the team for continuous improvement processes.
- You are a student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- You are recognized for your quickness in learning, well-organized, and enthusiastic to learn.
- You are proficient in Excel.
- You are fluent in Italian.
- You have analytical and reporting skills.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.

- Compensation: 1000€ gross (up to 1200€ in case of relocation/commuting with more than 100km).
