About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Revenue Planning and Sales Operations team as an intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data to support customer managers' strategic decisions and business development. You will also be involved in defining and monitoring sales KPIs, identifying deviations from plans, and providing useful information to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to support customer managers' strategic decisions and business development.
  • Define and monitor sales KPIs to identify deviations from plans and provide useful information to key stakeholders.
  • Execute IBP phases by driving consistency through promo and NPD tracking.
  • Support the Sales Revenue Planning Team in everyday tasks such as sales estimate consolidation and NR short-term planning.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of higher education (master's degree in engineering, management economics, or statistics preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales operations or a related field is considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reactivity, and good level of autonomy.
  • Strong capability of navigating and managing numbers and analysis.
  • Fluency in English.

Location and Duration

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive compensation package, including a monthly stipend of €1000 (up to €1200 in case of relocation or commuting with more than 100km). You will also have access to our company restaurant and other benefits.

Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in English, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience through a series of interviews and assessments.
