Role Overview

The Italy Business Operations Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Country Sales Director, collaborating closely with local, regional, and central team partners to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate core sales processes, including weekly forecast and pipeline management, coverage and territory design, account segmentation, quota allocation, and business objectives.
  • Provide analytical support to the country sales leadership team and Account Executives on forecast assessment, data gathering, and consolidation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to drive alignment locally and with DF&A on current quarter forecast revision and Q+1 numbers.
  • Develop and present sales and financial analysis to the country leadership team, contributing to quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Business Planning & Dev team, Account executives, and Country sales leadership on producing high-quality outputs for business review meetings.
Requirements
  • High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use available data to generate insight and build compelling arguments.
  • Experience in building business models and forecasts.
  • High level of curiosity, intellectual honesty, and learning agility.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships cross-functionally and cross-geographically.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Keynote, Business Objects, and Cascade.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
