Role Overview

As a Station Manager, you'll lead the independent management of our locations, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations. You'll implement existing standards and processes, contribute your own ideas, and maintain constant communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the on-site team, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals.
  • Recruit and build your team, seeking the right talent for your location.
  • Manage the local vehicle fleet, ensuring documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
  • Advise customers on our products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.
  • Collaborate with central departments to implement existing standards and processes.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
  • Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
  • High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
  • Excellent English language skills and fluency in the language of the country you applied for.
  • Driver's license Class B.
