As a key member of the Tecnimont team, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality documents and deliverables related to Material & Work Quantities Estimating & Management activities. This includes guaranteeing the quality, budget, and time constraints of assigned tasks, while reporting to the Group Leader or a Specialist/Engineer for quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will be appointed to tasks with varying technical complexity and skill levels, with support from the Group Leader for skill improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of generated deliverables with contractual and company standards, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Maintaining the historical database for instrumentation quantities.
  • Preparing and maintaining Work Requisition documentation in accordance with agreements with the Construction/subcontracting department.
  • Assisting Project Leaders for offers and executive projects.
  • Verifying quantities and comparisons of instrumentation materials and activities at site with the support of the Group Leader/Specialist.
  • Estimating materials and works in the bidding stage based on Group Leader's guidelines.
  • Issuing accounting of materials and works, checking the correct application of measurement methods and Sub-contractor's charges.
  • Issuing current estimates of materials and works during the engineering stage based on data and information from the Project Leader.
  • Conducting technical training as per department needs and exchanging experience with colleagues from the entire Tecnimont Group for new design techniques.
  • Staying up-to-date with technical improvements in the discipline.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or a high school degree in a technical discipline. They will also demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in uncertain market conditions. Fluency in English is required, and the candidate should be available for short and long-term travel within Italy and abroad.
