Job Opportunity at VHIT S.p.A

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our Technical Functions Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in the development of machining processes for the industrial production of automotive mechatronic pumps.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing machining processes for internal production and release to series production.
  • Improving existing machining processes to enhance plant KPIs.
  • Leading innovation changes in series and prototype production using CAD-CAM tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in machining processes, CNC simulation and programming, and CAD/CAM software.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to work in a team environment.

We offer a dynamic and international work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial areas dealing with machining processes.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, P-FMEA, and problem-solving methods.
  • Good level of English.
