About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in analyzing the financial performance of our clients and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning: Review and monitor the monthly profit and loss statements of our clients, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement yearly budgets, monitoring and analyzing variances to ensure financial sustainability.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to our clients, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other finance teams, including treasury, controlling, and accounting, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate finance or financial analysis.
  2. Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
