Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to enhance our culinary team.

The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for hospitality and is adept at navigating challenges. He/She is committed to delivering authentic and luxurious experiences, showcasing care, confidence, curiosity, and a sense of community.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for each service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Manage incoming goods and maintain optimal storage conditions.
  • Oversee portion control and minimize waste.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Demi and Commis de Partie under your guidance.

Qualifications:

Essential Competencies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, equipment, and raw material processing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a luxury culinary environment.
  • A degree in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
  • A strong passion for service and a desire for professional growth.

  • A collaborative spirit, demonstrating the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A results-driven mindset, consistently providing high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of guests and colleagues.

  • HACCP certification is required.
