About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing product design methods for wearable sensors and humanoid robots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product design methods for wearable sensors and humanoid robots
  • Contribute to the ergoCub joint laboratory between IIT and INAIL
  • Work on taking human motion tracking technologies to the next level
  • Prepare proof of concept technologies to address societal challenges
  • Collaborate with the Artificial and Mechanical Intelligence research unit
Requirements
  • Master or PhD Degree in Product Design
  • Experience with product design for wearables and wireless communication devices
  • Software background in PTC Creo, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, SpaceClaim, or Maya
  • Outstanding technical and theoretical skills
  • Creative, proactive, and collaborative attitude
  • English language skills (written and oral)
