Car Sales Specialist

La nostra azienda è in cerca di un Car Sales Specialist per ricoprire il ruolo di VENDITORE USATO APSP da assumere direttamente a tempo determinato, con possibilita' di futura assunzione a tempo indeterminato.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • comprendere le esigenze del Cliente e seguirlo in tutte le fasi della trattativa;
  • interfacciarsi con le altre figure interne alla concessionaria allo scopo di facilitare il processo di vendita ed il servizio al Cliente;
  • perseguire gli obiettivi e le azioni commerciali indicate da Casa Madre e dall'Azienda;
  • erogare consulenza su servizi e su prodotti finanziari, avvalendosi del supporto dello Specialista Finance;
  • raggiungere gli indici di soddisfazione dei Clienti ed i KPI di risultato stabiliti dall'Azienda;
  • relazionarsi con il Responsabile Vendite ed i colleghi per monitorare le procedure e le scadenze stabilite;
  • contribuire agli obbiettivi di vendita individuali e di gruppo

Per ricoprire tale ruolo e' necessario:

  • aver conseguito il diploma di geometra o laurea triennale in materie economiche;
  • aver maturato esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno;
  • essere disponibili a flessibilita' oraria anche in occasione di eventi o manifestazioni;
  • disponibilità a tempo pieno

L' inquadramento contrattuale prevede:

  • qualifica di VENDITORE USATO APSP;
  • CCNL Commercio;
  • retribuzione non superiore a 35.000€ annui lordi e comunque commisurata all'esperienza e competenze gia' acquisite;
