As a key member of our Business Unit Media & Digital, you will be responsible for producing and publishing engaging content on our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies for our social media channels, with a focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Support the management of our community of creators and produce high-quality content for our social media platforms.
- Manage daily relationships with our creators and scout new talent.
- Produce short-form videos for our social media channels.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Publish content on social media platforms and produce video reels.
- Support content counting and reporting.
- Cover weekend publication (focus on IG Reels, TikTok, and comment management) and cover events with live stories and reels.
- Organize activities for creator projects on-site.
- Native digital skills and passion for social media, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent writing and content management skills.
- Strong mediation and execution skills.
- Passion for food and cooking.
- Laurea triennale or magistrale in Comunicazione or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Windows and photo and video editing tools.
- Experience with data analysis and analytics.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
