We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Congress and Event Coordinator to join our team at Santen. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of congresses and events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional attendee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of congress materials, including sponsorship documents and congress calendars.
  • Support the Congress Lead in managing congressional budgets and updating spending functions.
  • Contribute to the development of congress information, including national and local ophthalmology congresses.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the Congress and Event Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (communication, languages, public relations, economics).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
