Project Manager - Enterprise Software Implementations

XTEL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software implementations across our CPG customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and deliver sophisticated customer projects at the highest level of quality.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, adjusting under change control, to ensure a high-quality and successful outcome.
  • Lead globally distributed and matrixed teams, taking ownership of critical issues end-to-end.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project teams and activities follow the XTEL methodology and gating processes.
  • Conduct governance reviews with leadership teams and customers.
  • Provide regular updates to internal reporting systems and executive project reporting.
  • Manage project financials, including financial forecasts, P&L, and invoicing.
  • Ensure effective utilization of project resources and supervise time approval in line with the budget.
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on new opportunities to define scope, pricing, and P&L.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience implementing large enterprise software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles and SDLC methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Proven experience in delivering Agile projects.
  • Experience in delivering projects in a commercial environment is strongly preferred.
  • Results-oriented and high level of resilience, especially in an environment of change.
  • Proven track record in leading project teams with a matrix model, managing customers, and working with internal stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of technologies and software integration domains.
  • Highly collaborative working style, highly numerate, and analytical approach.
  • Excellent social skills and verbal and written communication skills in English, with a second foreign language desirable (French or Italian).
  • Agile Scrum certification advisable, PMP/Prince 2 qualified preferred, and an Engineering or Sciences degree preferred.
