Fineco Bank is seeking a skilled Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional to spearhead and oversee ITSM processes within our technology division. The successful candidate will take charge of incident management, capacity planning, change management, asset management, and other related functions. This role demands a proactive mindset to ensure that IT operations are in line with industry standards and our internal guidelines, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ITSM strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise IT service management processes, including incident, change, capacity, and asset management.
  • Ensure the delivery of IT services meets agreed service levels and aligns with business expectations.
  • Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow to automate and enhance processes.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to refine IT processes and boost departmental efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an ITSM professional with significant senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong background in managing ITSM processes within a technology-driven environment, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proficient in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Strong awareness of risk management frameworks.
  • Solid technical background with a good understanding of modern technology stacks.
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals to achieve common objectives.
  • Experience with performance analytics, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information to identify key issues and drive solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Event) and practices.
