Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Data Scientist who can thrive in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic, with a focus on applying data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations across various industries.

Accountabilities


Key Responsibilities:



  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and Scala, with expertise in data analysis using major business intelligence tools
  • Ability to select and develop optimal algorithms, write high-quality code, and apply machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes
  • Knowledge of big data frameworks, AI, and IoT, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements


Candidates must have a PhD or Master's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience. A strong record of extracurricular activity, professional accomplishment, and leadership is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian is a plus.
