About the Role:

Irbm S.P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
  • Secure new business and expand existing client base
  • Work closely with the scientific team to generate quotes and SOW's
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to promote Irbm S.P.A.'s services
  • Reporting and maintaining updated CRM system

Requirements:

  • BSc in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology or related discipline
  • 5+ years of business development/sales experience in life sciences/biotech/pharma/contract research
  • Strong knowledge of life sciences and business development principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
