Business Development Director

About the Role:
Irbm S.P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
- Secure new business and expand existing client base
- Work closely with the scientific team to generate quotes and SOW's
- Attend conferences and trade shows to promote Irbm S.P.A.'s services
- Reporting and maintaining updated CRM system
Requirements:
- BSc in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology or related discipline
- 5+ years of business development/sales experience in life sciences/biotech/pharma/contract research
- Strong knowledge of life sciences and business development principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
