About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Director to lead our Public Sector business in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Public Sector industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Public Sector industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and education leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on Public Sector business trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the Public Sector industry in Italy, with a strong understanding of government, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in the Public Sector industry.
  • Excellent relational attitude and business relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Business background and expertise, with a strong understanding of C-level advisor/influencer roles.
