At The Estée Lauder Companies, we're seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the expert for our brands, providing a welcoming, authentic, and personalized shopping experience to achieve all customer service and sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Fulfilling clients' expectations and ensuring a high level of service both in-store and online;

* Demonstrating great knowledge of the Brand and its products;

* Managing autonomously sales related to all categories in-store for a cross-selling customer experience;

* Focusing on achieving and exceeding individual and team targets;

* Reaching CRM objectives and following guidelines to increase customer loyalty;

* Resolving all customer problems and complaints quickly and efficiently in keeping with company policies;

* Organizing visual merchandising material and preparing shelves according to ELC guidelines.

Requirements

* High School Diploma and/or specific certifications in the beauty industry;

* Previous retail industry/guest services experience (preferably within beauty);

* High touch level of service, able to provide personalized recommendations and build customer relationships;

* Strong interest in the beauty industry, especially on luxury cosmetics;

* Collaborative attitude with co-workers to achieve sales goals;

* Fluency in Italian, English is considered a plus.
