About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Front Desk Department as an intern. As a Front Desk Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our front office operations, including welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information and address inquiries and complaints
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage reservations
- Work with housekeeping, room service, and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests
- Gain experience in customer service and improve communication and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking approach
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Italian and English
