Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive technical relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Craft proposals and high-level designs incorporating feedback from customer stakeholders.
  • Identify business and technical needs of customers for the implementation of our solutions.
  • Represent the technical aspect in all internal sales meetings.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services engagements.
  • Contribute to the strategy for responding to RFPs.
  • Independently implement platform features during pre-sales PoC sessions and customer onboarding post-purchase.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding time allocation, revenue, billable activities, and services rendered.
  • Monitor opportunities in progress and services linked to the efforts of additional team members.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with customers to explore potential sales opportunities for add-ons or professional services.

Requirements:

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Capability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments configured through various Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server topologies.
  • Comprehension of Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity principles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Automation & Orchestration technologies.
  • Diverse technology background with a focus on data center technologies and awareness of cloud hyper-scalers.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex business and technical challenges and formulating solution proposals.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presence in meetings and peer leadership.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in French and/or German.
