Job Title: Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team in the Infrastructure Division. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between technical and commercial proposals.
  • Closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Proposal Specialist or Jr Proposal Manager role, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructural and building projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Italian, English, and French.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
