Job Title: Business Process Excellence Professional

Company Overview: CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions to connect people, products, and providers worldwide.

About the Position:

This role is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring standard operating processes to ensure effective operations for business, contracts, and projects within the Car as a Customer division. Responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and standardizing operational processes for Single-Unit Network and Mobility & Fleet Management products.

  2. Developing and updating KPI reporting tools to monitor operations.

  3. Leading technical studies and business cases to create a proximity hub network.

  4. Defining end-to-end standards to support new service offerings.

  5. Knowledge of operational IT tools for client management and information extraction.

  6. Designing processes and operational solutions for new clients.

  7. Supporting quote drafting and commercial offers.

  8. Continuous review of internal processes for improvement.

  9. Coordination with similar roles for idea exchange and best practices.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring standard operating processes, ensuring effective operations for business, contracts, and projects within the Car as a Customer division.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics, with relevant work experience in fleet management, logistics, or process consulting. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills are essential.

Key Qualities:

The selected candidate will demonstrate expertise in process design, project management, and business case development, with proficiency in using complex IT systems. Additionally, they will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Additional Information:

  • Excellent English language proficiency required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary.
  • Knowledge of additional IT tools beneficial (e.g., technical drawing tools, business intelligence tools).
