Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Director at Freudenberg, you will lead and provide guidance to the site Quality Management department. Your primary objective will be to develop, implement, and maintain the site Quality Management System and processes, aligning them with relevant standards, the internal Global Quality Management System, and customer-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the site Quality Management System and processes
  • Lead and provide guidance to the site Quality Management department
  • Monitor and report Quality Key Performance Indicators derived from internal Global guidance
  • Define improvement actions in collaboration with the site Management team
  • Implement and maintain the Claim Management Process
  • Drive problem-solving through root-cause analyses and corrective actions
  • Lead and facilitate discussions for customer complaints
  • Plan, coordinate, and review internal, external, and customer audits
  • Facilitate and monitor action plans for audit nonconformances
  • Participate in cross-site audits and Quality System audits at other locations
  • Coordinate and monitor fulfillment of legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. Specified years of industry-relevant experience and relevant leadership experience. Relevant certifications, system experience, and training. Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
