About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our site leadership, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Quality Management department to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to align with global standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions on customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and review internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the site management team to define and implement quality key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain the claim management process and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Drive problem-solving through root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Participate in cross-site audits and perform quality system audits at other locations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment of legal and internal requirements regarding health, safety, and environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred, and specified years of industry-relevant experience. Relevant certifications, system experience, and training are also essential. Professional-level English language skills are preferred.
