Driving excellence through quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs and mentors the Quality Management team at the site.
  • Designs, executes, and sustains the Quality Management System and associated processes to meet the demands of applicable standards, the overarching Global Quality Management System, and specific customer requirements.
  • Establishes, tracks, reports, and enhances Quality Key Performance Indicators based on internal guidelines, while consistently evaluating the effectiveness of the site management system.
  • Collaborates with the site Management team to define improvement initiatives and supports Corporate projects aimed at enhancing quality or rectifying issues.
  • Oversees and upholds the Claim Management Process in alignment with internal standards.
  • Facilitates problem resolution through root-cause analysis and the execution of corrective measures.
  • Leads discussions regarding customer feedback and complaints.
  • Organizes, manages, and reviews internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Monitors and facilitates action plans to resolve audit nonconformities and proposes enhancements to the Quality Management System.
  • Engages in cross-site audits, including conducting Quality System audits at other locations.
  • Coordinates and ensures compliance with all legal and internal Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Exemplifies leadership in accordance with Freudenberg's Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, while nurturing employee development, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and promoting a proactive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
Specified years of industry-related experience.
Specified years of relevant leadership experience.
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
Proficient English language skills preferred.
