Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to join our team at DSV Road in Italy. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with truckers and customers, and maintaining excellent relationships with our DSV offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with truckers and final consumers
  • Support customers with documentation, pickups, and deliveries
  • Establish and maintain continuous relations with all DSV offices, particularly with the German office

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Excel
