Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to join our team at DSV Road in Italy. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be the primary point of contact for truckers and customers, providing exceptional support and communication.

You will assist with documentation, pickups, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

You will maintain continuous relations with all DSV offices, particularly the German office.

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in a similar role.

Excellent English knowledge.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
