Avient Corporation, a leading provider of specialized and sustainable materials solutions, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance activities to ensure the efficiency of facilities, utilities, and equipment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  3. Ensure the safety and efficiency of facilities and equipment.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance in medium-sized companies.

Experience in project management and resource management (direct management of 5 resources).

Knowledge of main IT tools and SAP system.

Proactive, results-oriented, and team player.

Preferably, significant experience in implementing lean manufacturing projects.

Good knowledge of English language.
