Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the people management of retail store employees, providing guidance and suggestions on HR matters, and collecting requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the people management of retail store employees, including hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions on HR matters to line management.
  • Collect requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores, and analyze their impact on people.
  • Supervise the impacts of corporate reorganizations, mergers, or possible dismantling on people.
  • Monitor and control staff numbers and positions.
  • Analyze and provide solutions for budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies.
  • Proven knowledge and hard skills in people management.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms, such as Workday.
  • Strong methodologies for analyzing and assessing data and reports.
