The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed in the global market. You will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to empower our clients and deepen their relationship with 7percent Ventures Ltd.
  • Monitor Account Health: Regularly meet with clients to monitor account health and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Use your knowledge of the client's business to identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Lead and actively participate in client onboarding and create standard operating procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Global Collaboration: Work globally with counterparts in Asia, Europe, and Latin America to ensure a consistent account management experience.
  • Client Metrics and Reporting: Monitor client metrics data and work with Global Operations teams to ensure metrics consistently meet client expectations.
  • Quarterly Strategy Reviews: Lead and prepare content for regular client touch points to help clients understand the value they are realizing and new opportunities to improve performance.
  • Product Adoption and Training: Drive product adoption with client stakeholders to ensure that clients realize the full value of 7percent Ventures Ltd.'s solutions.
  • Client Success Criteria: Regularly review and document the client's success criteria and refine them as the client's needs evolve.
Requirements
  • 1-5 Years of Experience: In a sales/account management or client-facing role, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Obsessed with client outcomes, doing what it takes to deliver the client's expectations, understanding your client's current and future business goals and challenges, and translating those into relevant solutions and strategic account planning.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on, process-oriented, structured thinking with a deep understanding of the client's business and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record of (cross)selling a product and a strong focus on growing customers through a consultative approach.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Spanish and Italian being a strong plus.
