About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Specialist to join our team at Grünenthal in Italy. As a key member of our Manufacturing & Global Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Pharmaceutical Development trials within the Pharma Technology department, ensuring compliance with safety and GMP norms.
  • Support the Manufacturing department in executing demo and validation batches, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technology-related issues and implement continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing department.
  • Collect and analyze data using statistical tools, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain department SOPs, create batch records for trials and Technology Transfers, and manage the Pharma Technology laboratory.
  • Apply safety and GMP norms and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • University degree in a Scientific domain (e.g. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar).
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience within the Technology Transfer function of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP and/or ERP system software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical tools and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Knowledge of GMP is considered a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
