About the Role

As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our Product Business Unit (PBU) leaders, Regional leaders, and finance teams. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's overall strategy
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with PBU leaders and Regional leaders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, PBU leaders, and Regional leaders

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational/international business
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages a plus
  • Good experience working within a technology company and/or healthcare environment
