About the Role

The Global Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing high-level complexity key customers, maintaining a long-term relationship with them, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Builds strong and valuable long-term relationships with all key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc.
  2. Achieves the company's goals in terms of sales and distribution for the key customers by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, Consumer Experience Team, CS&L, Finance to achieve company objectives.
  3. Develops annual business plans for all key customers according to the Company Strategy, to drive profitability, increase sales, volumes, distribution, and market share.
  4. Provides deep analysis of performance trends and monitors KPIs in order to identify valuable insights to define and implement effective action plans to improve performance.
  5. Understands customer needs to recommend business solutions.
  6. Provides coverage of stores to understand business dynamics.
  7. Ability to lead autonomously complex customer negotiations.
