The Global Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing high-level complexity key customers, maintaining a long-term relationship with them, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Builds strong and valuable long-term relationships with all key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc.
- Achieves the company's goals in terms of sales and distribution for the key customers by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, Consumer Experience Team, CS&L, Finance to achieve company objectives.
- Develops annual business plans for all key customers according to the Company Strategy, to drive profitability, increase sales, volumes, distribution, and market share.
- Provides deep analysis of performance trends and monitors KPIs in order to identify valuable insights to define and implement effective action plans to improve performance.
- Understands customer needs to recommend business solutions.
- Provides coverage of stores to understand business dynamics.
- Ability to lead autonomously complex customer negotiations.
