About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team at Albelissa. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions by analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis on new projects, including product, process, and technology costs, to inform business decisions.
- Cost Reduction and Optimization: Identify and propose cost reduction and optimization ideas to improve profitability.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing and revising budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
- Cost Monitoring: Monitor and analyze actual costs versus standard costs, make versus buy, and other key performance indicators to ensure cost efficiency.
- Financial Closures: Support financial closures by performing cost calculations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing costs area, preferably in production companies.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
