Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:
The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the operation of all workstations and managing the ticketing portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, previous experience in a similar role, and good knowledge of the Windows environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in the systems area with regard to virtual infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
- Manage the ticketing portal and provide support to internal users regarding company software, office package, Windows environment, and hardware.
- Ensure the operation of all workstations.
- Normalise domain users.
- Analyse, verify, and normalise the inventory of hardware and software devices.
- Support the management of fixed/mobile telephones.
- Support the management of rented printers, replace toners, and other consumables.
Requirements:
- Preferable IT background.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role of Help Desk technician/System Integrator in medium-sized companies and/or system integrators.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server).
