Antal International is a leading recruitment agency in the hospitality industry, and we are currently partnering with one of the world's top Luxury 5 Star Hotel groups to find an exceptional candidate for their flagship property in Venice. This exciting opportunity presents itself as a chance to join their main kitchen team as an Executive Culinary Director from February to October.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the bar food, in-room dining, breakfasts, and banqueting departments. The compensation package includes a salary of up to €3,700 gross per month, holiday entitlement, pro-rated 13th and 14th-month salaries, end-of-service benefits, welfare scheme payments, and accommodation in staff housing as a possibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts that align with the hotel's brand standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or high-end venue
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages
  • The right to work in the EU
