Company Overview:
Photocentric is a dynamic and innovative organization seeking an experienced Executive Lodging Director to lead our residential operations team. Our company prides itself on providing exceptional services and amenities to our guests.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the role.

Job Description:
The Executive Lodging Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lodging facilities, ensuring that they are run efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and implementing cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of subordinate supervisors and nonsupervisory employees
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate major activities for lodging projects and facilities
  • Perform or direct periodic or scheduled surveys, audits, and inspections to determine adequacy of lodging conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of budget projections versus expenditures and accountability of funds
  • Evaluate and monitor occupancy and personnel expenses, payroll, maintenance, and supply costs to maintain profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive management, administration, technical, professional, or other work with progressively responsible duties
  • Experience as an Assistant Lodging Manager in a military or commercial hotel
  • Knowledge of executive management principles and practices, including accounting and supply procedures, facility management and renovation, and staff management and supervision
  • Certified Hospitality Administrator (through American Hotel & Lodging Association) or Certified Rooms Division Executive certification is desired
