About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to join our team at Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. (fka Silverstar S.r.l.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day engineering support to ensure the highest level of service and contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results.
  • Enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system, working closely with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.
  • Perform data scrubbing, update, and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct data analysis and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Pull reporting and generate new reports regularly and on a case-by-case basis.
  • Lead follow-up activities and manage samples.
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Native Italian language skills.
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management.
  • Basic project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • French language skills are a plus.
