Are you an enthusiastic legal expert with a focus on international regulations? We invite you to be part of our vibrant Global Legal and General Affairs Department, where you will report directly to the Legal Affairs Manager overseeing Licensing, Trade, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Oversight: Prepare, assess, and negotiate a variety of contracts that facilitate business growth, real estate transactions, distribution, and logistics, particularly in the oncology sector.
  • Due Diligence Support: Offer essential assistance in the due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing initiatives.
  • Template Development: Create and update legal templates to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Legal Research: Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to aid in various legal issues.
  • Litigation Assistance: Help manage civil litigation cases and liaise with external legal advisors.
  • Guidelines and Training Development: Play a role in formulating legal guidelines and procedures, while also providing training to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Law.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven record. Experience as in-house counsel in multinational firms and knowledge of life sciences law are highly valued.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Italian and English.
  • Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive and business-focused approach.
  • Effective Communication: Strong skills in communication for successful collaboration and negotiation.
  • Legal Proficiency: Outstanding drafting and negotiation abilities, along with strong legal insight.
