About the Role

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated Global Legal Affairs Counsel Specialist to join our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is integral to the Global Legal and General Affairs Department, working closely with the Legal Affairs Manager in areas such as Licensing, Trade, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Oversight: Engage in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts that facilitate business growth, real estate transactions, distribution, and logistics, particularly in the oncology field.
  • Due Diligence Support: Play a vital role in conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing initiatives.
  • Template Development: Create and manage legal templates to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Legal Research: Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to assist with various legal issues.
  • Litigation Assistance: Support the management of civil litigation cases and liaise with external legal representatives.
  • Guideline Formulation and Training: Aid in the establishment of legal guidelines and procedures, and provide training to internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Credentials: A Master’s Degree in Law is required.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience is preferred, with a proven history in multinational corporate environments. Experience in life sciences law is advantageous.
