**Global Supply Chain Director**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Lilly as a Global Supply Chain Director. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of global supply chain processes and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Document Global Business Processes: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of global warehouse processes, including process steps, key success measures, and interaction with other processes.
- Design and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for transformational or continuous improvement changes to the process and implement them, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Benchmark and Optimize Processes: Conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices in the industry and implement process improvements to achieve world-class standards.
- Train and Enable Users: Provide training and guidance to global and local warehouse teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the business processes effectively.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of systems required to store, manage, and control materials through the manufacturing process, including inbound, production, and outbound operations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze project needs and balance competing interests.
- Supply Chain Certification: Certification in supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Automation and Robotics Experience: Experience with automation and robotics is a plus.
