Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Sales to drive business growth and manage key relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute creative sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure accurate rate loading and bookability across the account base.
  • Organize sales events and presentations to maximize The Hoxton's exposure among key decision-makers.
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in proactive sales and key account management in the hotel industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agency 360, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High energy and ability to represent The Hoxton brand at industry networking events and sales calls.
