Cluster Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Sales to drive business growth and manage key relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and execute creative sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate rate loading and bookability across the account base.
- Organize sales events and presentations to maximize The Hoxton's exposure among key decision-makers.
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in proactive sales and key account management in the hotel industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Agency 360, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy and ability to represent The Hoxton brand at industry networking events and sales calls.
