Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Starhotels. As a key member of our Headquarter Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our properties in Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the hotels' customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the local area to proactively identify, handle, and develop local sales relationships, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Assist the business in leading all day-to-day sales activities, focusing on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet set expectations.
  • Support the Event Departments by identifying and securing possible sales opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office sales team and other hotels' sales teams to align sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned area, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
  • Proactive mindset, positive thinking, and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
