As a Customer Growth Manager - Tuscany Region, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for Starhotels. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-value customers in the Tuscany region, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also work closely with the Event Departments to identify and secure new sales opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for Starhotels
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers in the Tuscany region
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Event Departments to identify and secure new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Starhotels remains competitive
