We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our Italian management team at W EXECUTIVE S.R.L. in Tuscany. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Country Manager on both operational and strategic matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the finance team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Supervise the preparation and approval of financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide financial recommendations to the management team.
- Implement cost controls and optimize profitability through innovative financial analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain effective financial measurement tools to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the portfolio team and sales department to drive business growth.
- Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in CFO or senior finance roles.
- Extensive knowledge of financial controlling, IFRS, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional skills in analyzing financial data and effectively communicating insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
