Role Overview

Key Responsibilities...

  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes for the hotel.
  • Manage daily financial operations, including revenue processing, accounts payable, and payroll, in collaboration with the Director of Finance.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial processes for improved efficiency.
  • Participate in monthly financial reporting, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
  • Uphold finance policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Assist business partners in achieving accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the hotel while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Reconcile revenue discrepancies and investigate variances.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including purchase order approvals and margin performance analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts through effective communication with the team.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheets.
  • Ensure timely completion of external audits and provision of necessary information.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting on operational performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets.
  • Engage in strategic planning and provide financial insights for business development initiatives.
