The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office. Key responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, and working capital and cash control.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Audit and Control: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, and identify areas for improvement.
- Asset and Liability Reconciliation: Reconcile and manage assets and liabilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Working Capital and Cash Control: Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure liquidity and minimize risk.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Experience: 4-year degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
