Key Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for...

  • Manage the month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Supervise daily financial operations, including revenue management, accounts payable, and payroll, collaborating closely with the finance team.
  • Enhance financial processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist business partners in developing accurate financial plans and forecasts.
  • Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Reconcile revenue discrepancies and investigate variances.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including purchase order approvals and margin performance analysis.
  • Generate comprehensive cash flow forecasts, ensuring all financial activities are accounted for.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheets.
  • Facilitate timely external audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Analyze and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess operational performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgets.
  • Engage in strategic planning and provide financial insights for business development initiatives.

  • Effective communication skills, able to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
