The Role of Director of Revenue

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Italy. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Reservation and Revenue Management department, driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, managing inventory and rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance, tracking and analyzing the monthly Commercial Scorecard.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to implement and execute optimal revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and identify current and future business trends, controlling rooms and rate availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in Revenue Management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high energy level and enthusiasm for the global hospitality business.
