Job Title: Senior Luxury Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Luxury Sales Director to join our team at Antal International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our luxury segment. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining strong relationships with international clients in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop relationships with international clients in the luxury segment
• Ensure the achievement of the company's revenue targets for the luxury segment by applying sales strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Provide analysis on trends in the luxury segment to improve the company strategy
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure maximum sales and development results
• Coordinate activities with directors of sales of the group hotels to ensure alignment of sales strategies

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the role of luxury sales director
• Knowledge of commercial market dynamics
• Previous experience in managing luxury clients and coordinating sales activities on an international level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-starter approach
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus
